With Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner, we are sure you are trying to get as many sales as possible, which is why we have created a new exciting series for you – our basic guide to Facebook advertising. By the end of our 3 part series, you will be able to choose the best ad type for your product, learn how to set up an ad, how to monitor it, and how to measure the ROI of your campaign.

Social media and Facebook in particular use sophisticated algorithms that make it quite a challenge to connect with your followers organically but Facebook’s micro-targeting feature make it possible for you to get in front of the right people. If your campaign is set up properly your message will reach your desired customer. You only pay to be matched with the most valuable potential customers, which is what is so appealing about Facebook ads.

Let’s have a look at the different ad types that Facebook offers:

Image ads

You can boost any image on your page, an exciting feature. That means you could go back to your timeline and boost your most popular posts, thus garnering even more attention for that particular ad. The image should be striking and convey what your business does.
